Lean Green Belt boost day

Note: Only for Green Belt training participants at the Lean Management Institute.

During the Boost Day, we will go through all the components of the A3 Problem Solving. This means that we will cover the methodology using your own examples. In addition, we will make time to reflect on the issues you have in your own project. This gives you the opportunity to discuss specific challenges and find practical solutions.
