Have you received a damaged book?
Please contact us if you have received a damaged book. In case of damage we will send you a new copy including a postage label. The book may be returned to: Prins Hendriklaan 35, 3701 CL Zeist.

Attention! Never accept a damaged package. You have the right to refuse.

Returning

If you are a consumer, you have the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 days after receipt of the article without giving reasons. You can do this by filling in the model withdrawal form and sending it with your return shipment.

Please make sure you pack the product well and that shipping costs are for your own account. Returns are at your own risk. This means that Lean Management Instituut is not liable for lost or damaged returned items.

If you are a business customer, you can unfortunately not return your order.

Handling and reimbursement

Upon receipt of your return, we will refund you the purchase amount including shipping costs within 10 working days at the latest.
