We aim to ship your order within 1-2 working days. Orders are shipped via PostNL. The shipping costs are:

Letterbox parcel / order weight up to 0.5kg €4.25

Standard package / weight order 0.5kg to 15kg € 6.50

Standard package / weight order above 15kg € 12.50

Free shipping for orders over €350.

Where can I pick up my order?
If you have chosen the option ''Pick up'', you can pick up your book at the Prins Hendriklaan 35, 3701 CL Zeist. It is advisable to call in advance -+31(0)85 876 93 46 - if you want to pick up the book, because we do not have a physical store. 

Have you received a damaged book?
Please contact us if you have received a damaged book. In case of damage we will send you a new copy including a postage label. The book may be returned to: Prins Hendriklaan 35, 3701 CL Zeist.

Attention! Never accept a damaged package. You have the right to refuse.
