Robert O. Martichenko is the founder and CEO of LeanCor Supply Chain Group, a trusted partner in supply chain management whose mission is to improve global supply chains.

Robert is a leading thinker in the industry and has over 25 years of experience in learning and applying lean and operational excellence, with a focus on end-to-end supply chain management in diverse industries. His mission is to embrace the role of the "Human CEO," believing that respect, empathy, relationships, education, courage and critical thinking are still essential to remain relevant and competitive.

As a professional speaker, Robert covers topics such as "Building Cultures of Continuous Improvement," "The Power of Narrative Leadership," "Discovering Hidden Profits," and "Give Meaning to Work: The Human CEO's Strategy." He is also an active member and volunteer on various advisory boards and educational institutions.

Robert has written several business books, including most recently Discovering Hidden Profit. His other works include Everything I Know About Lean I Learned in First Grade., Lean Six Sigma Logistics, and two books that won a Shingo Research Award: People: A leader's day-to-day guide to building, managing, and sustaining lean organizations and Building a Lean Fulfillment Stream, published by the Lean Enterprise Institute.

His debut novel Drift and Hum won several awards, including the IBPA Benjamin Franklin Gold Award for Best First Book - Fiction. He also wrote two children's books: It's Perfect Being Me and A Day Well Spent. Robert earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics, an MBA in finance, and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
