📅 Day 1: introduction & foundation (Thursday, January 22)

✔️ Core Principles of Hoshin Kanri & Daily Management: learn to manage your organization smarter.
✔️ Introduction Case Study: we dive directly into a practical case that serves as a thread.
📅 Day 2: depth & analysis (Friday, January 23)
✔️ Working with A3s: get to work practically with this powerful management tool.
✔️ Hoshin Kanri Case Study: further depth and application of Hoshin Kanri to the case.
✔️ Drinks and Closing: space for networking and reflection on the insights gained.
The days take place from 9:00 to 17:00 and are held at our inspiring location at Prins Hendriklaan 35 in Zeist, in the middle of the beautiful woods. Of course we provide drinks, tasty snacks and a delicious lunch during all training days.
